5. Customer and order

13. Delivery

Delivery time
The delivery time of the products depends on the product. If it is a stock product, we deliver the products as soon as possible according to the selected delivery method within two to twelve (2-12) working days. All products may not be in stock, so we will confirm the estimated delivery date of the ordered devices separately.

15. Lost, damaged or incorrect product

If the product is lost or damaged during transport, the customer:

1) submits a damage report to the transport company/post office and

2) reports the error immediately (business customer within 14 days at the latest) in writing to the above address.

If the product is clearly damaged in transport, the consumer customer must immediately make a complaint about the matter in the manner of his choice to the transport company of the method of delivery (e.g. damage notification in the mail).

16. Dispute resolution

To these order and delivery terms and to disputes and disagreements arising from the distance sales contract Finnish law applies. 20. Right of return, exchange, and cancellation

The right of return and cancellation applies only to consumer customers. In a business transaction, the right to return is only, if the delivered product is different from the order. If the customer has ordered the wrong product and the product can be exchanged, the customer is responsible for the costs caused by the exchange costs. If the delivered product is different from the order, is responsible for the exchange costs.
