WHAT TYPES OF DOORS ARE OK-WINDER® PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?
OK-WINDER® 500
The OK-WINDER® 500 is a professional spring winding tool designed for the safe tightening of torsion springs on industrial sectional doors.
Suitable for all industrial sectional doors with spring sizes of 95–152 mm (182 mm Hörmann®), and where the free space from the center of the shaft to the wall is at least 97 mm.

OK-WINDER®-adapter
Used together with the OK-WINDER® 500 spring tensioning device for doors with a notched spring end.

OK-WINDER® 200
The OK-WINDER® 200 is a professional spring winding tool designed for the safe tightening of torsion springs on residential-sized sectional doors.
Suitable for all residential-sized sectional doors with spring sizes of 51–67 mm and where the free space from the center of the shaft to the wall is at least 73 mm.

OK-LIFTER®
The OK-LIFTER® is a drill-operated door section lifter designed for safely lifting door sections on residential sectional doors with extension springs.
Maximum combined weight of stacked sections: 130 kg.

WHAT TYPE OF DRILL SHOULD BE USED WITH OK-WINDER® DEVICES?
Only a non-impact drill must be used with the OK-WINDER® 500 and OK-WINDER® 200 spring tensioning devices and the OK-LIFTER® section lifter.
An impact drill may damage the device structure.
WHERE ARE OK-WINDER® PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
All OK-WINDER® products are manufactured in Finland, in Northern Savonia, using modern production methods. Our devices and their packaging are fully recyclable.
HOW DO OK-WINDER® PRODUCTS IMPROVE SAFETY?
OK-WINDER® products are designed to improve occupational safety and reduce the physical strain of door installation work, based on over 25 years of hands-on door installation experience.
OK-WINDER® 500 and OK-WINDER® 200 Spring Tensioning Devices:
- Eliminate the need for traditional winding bars, reducing physical strain during installation
- The device gear is self-locking – the spring tension will not release during tightening, even if the drill is detached
- Tensioning is performed using a non-impact cordless drill and does not require physical strenght
- Fit into tight spaces, significantly improving workplace safety
OK-LIFTER®:
- Lifts door sections to chest height, significantly reducing strain on the back
- The installer is not positioned directly under the sections, reducing the risk of injury
HOW ARE OK-WINDER® PRODUCTS MAINTAINED?
OK-WINDER® 500 and OK-WINDER® 200:
Lubricate the sliding surfaces of the plastic parts of the OK-WINDER® 500 after every tenth (10th) use with PTFE dry lubricant spray.
Note! Do not use petroleum jelly–based lubricant spray.
OK-LIFTER®:
Before use, ensure that the OK-LIFTER® is clean and free from dirt, ice, and snow.

If you order our products from an EU country outside Finland, you will receive a VAT-free price by adding your company’s VAT number at checkout in the online store.
If the VAT number is not provided, the online store will automatically add VAT to the final purchase amount.
If you have received an invoice including VAT but your company has a valid VAT number and you would like a VAT-free invoice, please contact our customer service.
DO OK-WINDER® PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes. All our devices come with a two (2) year manufacturing and material warranty from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR OK-WINDER® PRODUCTS?
Consumer customers have a 14-day right of return for products ordered and delivered through the okwinder.com online store, excluding delivery costs.
